About the Role
We are on the lookout for a seasoned Platform Operations Engineer with expertise in Identity and Access Management (IAM) to join our vibrant team in Singapore. This role involves managing IAM solutions, enforcing security protocols, and ensuring seamless operation of our platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and fine-tune IAM platforms to maintain optimal access controls.
- Oversee system performance and resolve operational issues promptly.
- Enforce security policies and manage access controls effectively.
- Collaborate with diverse teams to boost platform stability and reliability.
- Respond to incidents and conduct thorough root cause analyses.
- Document technical procedures and configurations meticulously.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- At least five years of experience in platform operations or IAM-related roles.
- In-depth knowledge of IAM protocols including SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect.
- Hands-on experience with identity lifecycle management processes.
- Competency in scripting or using automation tools for operational efficiency.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
