ICT Aide

Role Overview

We are actively seeking a committed and meticulous ICT Aide to assist with our technology services in Singapore. The candidate should possess practical experience in IT support and demonstrate excellent problem-solving capabilities, alongside a passion for aiding users with technology issues. This role helps ensure smooth daily operations and promotes an engaging workplace environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver audio-visual (AV) assistance for school functions and events.
• Support staff in managing AV tools and maintaining inventory records.
• Capture photographs and videos at school events and develop multimedia content to promote the school website.
• Oversee weekly training sessions for the Infocomm club CCA.
• Provide occasional training to staff and students on educational software, multimedia, and AV resources.
• Complete additional tasks as assigned by the Head of Department (ICT) and school management.

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma in IT, Multimedia, or related disciplines is required.
• At least two years’ experience working as an ICT Trainer or similar technical position.
• At least two years’ experience in photography, videography, and multimedia production, including proficiency with video editing software such as Adobe, iMovie, Windows Movie Maker, or Final Cut Pro.
• Solid skills in iOS devices (iPad), Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), iOS productivity apps (Pages, Slides, Sheets), Google Suite, AI tools, and web design and maintenance.
• Must be officially registered with the Ministry of Education (MOE) as an instructor by the application deadline.
