These core values shape our culture, promoting a high-performance environment where employees are empowered to excel in their careers. Our London office is conveniently located near Waterloo and Blackfriars on the Southbank. Globally, our Centers of Energy foster productivity, creativity, collaboration, and team spirit, offering flexible coordination to match individual work preferences.

Role Overview

LogicMonitor® is leading the future of digital infrastructure with its AI-first hybrid observability platform, providing full-range visibility and actionable intelligence across on-premises, cloud, and edge settings. By foreseeing issues and optimizing resources in real time, the platform empowers IT and business leaders to safeguard profitability, speed innovation, and deliver superior digital experiences without compromise.

This role is integral to our Professional Services (PS) division, focusing on managing customer engagements to deploy or enhance LogicMonitor solutions on schedule, within scope, and budget. As a Senior Project Manager II, you will oversee and coordinate complex, large-scale PS implementation projects, including highly customized scopes, while supporting internal operational improvements. Collaborating closely with Sales, Customer Success Management, and PS Solutions Engineers, you will ensure seamless project execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage all facets of the most intricate, large, and tailored Professional Services projects or programs, overseeing timelines, schedules, scope, milestones, dependencies, teams, and budgets.
  • Handle multiple concurrent PS projects, including those with extended timelines and multi-phase deployments.
  • Act as the primary point-of-contact internally and for customers on assigned projects.
  • Translate technical requirements into clear, actionable project plans with defined phases, milestones, dependencies, and effort expectations.
  • Create and execute project schedules to meet deadlines; coordinate and facilitate project working sessions.
  • Maintain project visibility through continuous reporting and communications, including engagement with executive and senior leadership stakeholders.
  • Participate actively in client meetings and working sessions.
  • Keep detailed, current records including project data, notes, timelines, and timesheets.
  • Identify risks, issues, and obstacles early; design and implement effective mitigation and escalation strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with company and departmental policies and standards throughout project execution.
  • Develop and sustain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
  • Contribute to training and onboarding initiatives for new hires.
  • Provide support to other team members in the PMO and Professional Services with complex problem-solving.
  • Identify opportunities for improving processes and take responsibility for implementing enhancements.
  • Lead or participate in internal projects and initiatives.

Required Qualifications

  • At least 8 years of experience in IT, project management, or consulting roles.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in fast-moving, evolving environments.
  • Mastery of project management methodologies and tools such as Confluence, Mavenlink, and Asana (experience with these is a plus).
  • Outstanding communication skills across in-person, email, and video conferencing platforms.
  • Adept at tailoring communication styles appropriately for cross-functional teams and audiences at all levels, including executive and senior leadership.
  • Skilled in fostering and managing customer relationships with a strong focus on service excellence.
  • Demonstrated capacity to work independently and collaboratively within teams.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve complex project issues with minimal escalation.
  • Responsive and proactive in communications using tools such as Slack and email.
  • Ability to multitask efficiently and shift focus as needed in dynamic environments.
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification is preferred; certifications such as CAPM, PMP, or CSPO are advantageous.
