This role is based in our Pune tech hub, which fosters productivity, collaboration, creativity, and a connected workplace experience.
Role Overview
LogicMonitor is an AI-first hybrid observability platform providing comprehensive visibility and proactive intelligence across on-premises, cloud, and edge infrastructures. As a Project Manager in our Professional Services team, you will lead the successful execution of infrastructure monitoring and digital operations projects, steering comprehensive customer engagements from initiation to completion. You will act as a pivotal interface between clients and internal teams to maximize the value derived from LogicMonitor solutions, ensuring projects are delivered strategically, efficiently, and with measurable impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead customer-facing LogicMonitor implementation projects, including both standard and enterprise level engagements, working from project kickoff through to completion.
- Employ a consultative approach to coordinate project deliverables, timelines, resources, and milestones in alignment with customer and internal availability.
- Simultaneously monitor and keep multiple projects on schedule, within scope, and on budget.
- Act as the primary day-to-day point of contact for customers, ensuring transparent, consistent communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate closely with Customer Success Managers and Solutions Engineers to synchronize project scope, define success criteria, and establish implementation priorities.
- Develop and manage detailed project plans using platforms such as Asana, Mavenlink, or Confluence, handling all phases, tasks, and interdependencies.
- Facilitate regular status updates and meetings, proactively guiding clients through project phases, resolving queries, and recommending best practices where applicable.
- Maintain accurate and detailed project documents including timelines, notes, actions, and next steps.
- Identify risks or potential delays early, escalating them properly and helping develop mitigation strategies with internal teams.
- Build strong, consultative relationships with customers by understanding their objectives and tailoring project delivery to ensure successful results.
- Offer insightful, structured recommendations confined to project scope, assisting customers in making informed decisions that enhance implementation success.
- Contribute to ongoing process improvements by providing feedback on delivery methods, project tools, and templates.
- Participate in onboarding processes and knowledge sharing to support team development and consistent operational practices across the Project Management Office.
Required Qualifications
- 2 to 4 years of experience managing projects related to software, SaaS, infrastructure monitoring, observability, IT operations, or enterprise technology, preferably in a customer-facing professional services or implementation role.
- Proficient understanding of project management principles, methodologies, tools, and best practices, with proven ability to manage scope, schedules, risks, and task dependencies effectively.
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and stakeholder management abilities, capable of engaging both technical teams and business stakeholders successfully.
- Demonstrated capability to juggle multiple priorities, navigate complex client environments, proactively resolve challenges, and drive projects to successful completion.
- Experience with modern collaboration and project management software such as Slack, Zoom, Confluence, Mavenlink, or equivalent platforms.
- Accountable and professional, with meticulous attention to detail and a strong customer-oriented service mindset.
- Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, AI-assisted workflows, AI-powered operational platforms, or AIOps concepts is highly beneficial. Knowledge of LogicMonitor's Edwin AI capabilities and how AI can enhance operational efficiency and observability is an advantage.
- Possession of project management certifications such as PMP, CAPM, or Certified Scrum Master is preferred but not mandatory.
