About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join our core engineering team focused on revolutionizing digital legacy preservation. This role involves working with React, TypeScript, Node.js, and AI technologies to develop impactful solutions that assist families in safeguarding their treasured memories.
Primary Responsibilities
- Create scalable full-stack applications leveraging React, TypeScript, and Node.js.
- Incorporate AI and machine learning services to improve features for organizing and curating memories.
- Partner closely with product and design teams to produce outstanding user interfaces and experiences.
- Guide and mentor junior developers, influencing the technical framework and architecture decisions.
- Develop secure and privacy-centric solutions protecting sensitive family data.
- Enhance application performance to achieve 99.9% uptime and reliability.
- Conduct code reviews and uphold strict coding standards.
- Engage with cloud infrastructure such as AWS or GCP and utilize containerization technologies.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a full-stack developer.
- Advanced expertise in React, TypeScript, and Node.js.
- Hands-on experience integrating AI/ML technologies and APIs.
- Strong knowledge of database design, particularly with PostgreSQL and MongoDB.
- Familiarity with cloud services and DevOps methodologies.
- Dedication to creating meaningful and user-focused products.
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively.
- Experience working in agile development environments.
Preferred Skills and Experience
- Experience with Next.js, GraphQL, and designing microservices architectures.
