About This Position
Join Eternaly as a Product Designer to craft visually appealing and user-friendly experiences aimed at helping individuals safeguard their cherished memories with compassion. Contribute to shaping the future of how families engage with their digital heritage.
Primary Responsibilities
- Design intuitive user experiences for both web and mobile platforms, focusing on user-centered design principles.
- Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and detailed visual designs utilizing Figma.
- Conduct user research and usability tests to guide design strategies and validate concepts.
- Work collaboratively with product managers and engineering teams throughout the product lifecycle.
- Build and upkeep a cohesive design system and component library to ensure design consistency.
- Ensure accessibility compliance by designing inclusive experiences that accommodate diverse user needs.
- Communicate design ideas and reasoning effectively to various stakeholders.
- Refine designs iteratively based on user feedback and data analytics insights.
Required Qualifications
- At least three years of experience in product design, ideally with a focus on consumer-facing applications.
- Advanced expertise using Figma and familiarity with design systems.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating impactful web and mobile design projects.
- Proficiency in user research techniques and conducting usability testing.
- Knowledgeable about iOS and Android user interface guidelines.
- Empathetic approach toward designing sensitive user experiences.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly.
- Experience working within agile development frameworks.
Preferred Skills and Background
- Experience designing for emotionally sensitive or intimate content.
- Educational or professional background in psychology, human-computer interaction, or related disciplines.
- Understanding of accessibility standards such as WCAG.
- Skills in motion design and creating micro-interactions.
- Basic knowledge of front-end technologies including HTML and CSS.
