Primary Responsibilities

• Design intuitive user experiences for both web and mobile platforms, focusing on user-centered design principles.
• Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and detailed visual designs utilizing Figma.
• Conduct user research and usability tests to guide design strategies and validate concepts.
• Work collaboratively with product managers and engineering teams throughout the product lifecycle.
• Build and upkeep a cohesive design system and component library to ensure design consistency.
• Ensure accessibility compliance by designing inclusive experiences that accommodate diverse user needs.
• Communicate design ideas and reasoning effectively to various stakeholders.
• Refine designs iteratively based on user feedback and data analytics insights.

Required Qualifications

• At least three years of experience in product design, ideally with a focus on consumer-facing applications.
• Advanced expertise using Figma and familiarity with design systems.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating impactful web and mobile design projects.
• Proficiency in user research techniques and conducting usability testing.
• Knowledgeable about iOS and Android user interface guidelines.
• Empathetic approach toward designing sensitive user experiences.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly.
• Experience working within agile development frameworks.

Preferred Skills and Background

• Experience designing for emotionally sensitive or intimate content.
• Educational or professional background in psychology, human-computer interaction, or related disciplines.
• Understanding of accessibility standards such as WCAG.
• Skills in motion design and creating micro-interactions.
• Basic knowledge of front-end technologies including HTML and CSS.
