Yoga Instructor

Role Overview

Salayel Hospitality is looking for a dedicated and certified Yoga Instructor to lead safe, engaging, and professional yoga classes. This position aims to foster physical health, relaxation, and mindfulness by delivering high-quality wellness sessions. The instructor will cultivate a supportive and inclusive environment for participants, ensuring excellent service standards and wellness practices are maintained.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead group and individual yoga classes tailored to different skill levels.
• Develop yoga programs appropriate for beginners through advanced practitioners.
• Monitor and correct posture and alignment to guarantee safe practice.
• Foster a warm and mindful atmosphere promoting participant well-being.
• Adjust sessions according to guests’ fitness levels, health conditions, and specific requirements.
• Keep yoga spaces and equipment tidy and organized.
• Instruct guests in breathing exercises, mindfulness, and relaxation techniques.
• Collaborate with the wellness and recreation team to manage schedules.
• Maintain Salayel Hospitality’s high standards of service and guest experience.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Possession of a minimum 200-hour Yoga Alliance certification or equivalent credential.
• Demonstrated experience yoga instructing, preferably in hotel, resort, spa, or wellness settings.
• Comprehensive understanding of yoga practices, anatomy, and injury prevention.
• Strong communication and guest engagement capabilities.
• Professional, calm demeanor with a client-focused approach.
• Proficiency in English for conducting sessions; additional languages are beneficial.
• Availability to teach during mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Background in luxury hospitality or wellness resort environments.
• Knowledge in meditation, breathing techniques, or wellness therapies.
