About Scope

Role Summary
We are currently seeking Workforce Schedulers on 12-month fixed-term contracts. In this position, you will be key in ensuring operational services have the appropriate staff deployed effectively by managing rosters, filling vacancies, and responding to scheduling changes. Successful schedulers work closely with operational teams to maintain seamless service delivery.
Work Hours
- Monday to Friday: 7:00am – 7:00pm
- Saturday & Sunday: 7:00am – 5:00pm
- Public Holidays: 9:00am – 5:00pm
Schedulers participate in rostered shifts spanning these business hours.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with frontline leadership and enabling functions to deploy workforce according to client needs.
- Manage day-to-day operational rosters, plan leave schedules, and fill shifts while ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory, and industrial guidelines.
- Identify areas for process improvement to deliver safe, quality, and sustainable services.
- Accurately transform master rosters into effective operational schedules, resolving or escalating any discrepancies.
- Implement advanced shift-filling strategies to ensure optimal staffing coverage.
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with all relevant stakeholders to achieve desired outcomes.
Candidate Profile
Ideal candidates will have prior rostering experience and familiarity with scheduling tools. Being organized, flexible, adaptable, and able to handle competing priorities with a positive, proactive mindset is essential.
