Workday Developer - Pan India

About the Role

We are looking for a seasoned Workday Developer with 6 to 10 years of experience to join our team in Mumbai, Maharashtra. The ideal candidate must possess strong expertise in Workday Core HCM, Payroll, Studio, BIRT, and integrations. This position involves leading development projects, optimizing existing systems, and creating new Workday integrations and configurations.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement Workday Studio integrations from the ground up.
• Manage the entire development lifecycle including code changes following release processes.
• Support internal teams in optimizing Workday Core HCM and Performance modules.
• Identify and execute automation and process improvement opportunities within Workday systems.
• Develop, test, and deploy new integrations into production environments.
• Configure Workday Business Processes and apply best practices.
• Modify existing Workday configurations and build new setups within the HCM module.
• Create and manage Workday reports, including advanced custom, matrix, and trending reports using XML and XSLT.
• Lead technical teams and provide expert guidance and support.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• More than 6 years of hands-on experience in Workday development.
• Deep knowledge of Workday HCM, Payroll, Studio, BIRT, and integration tools like Core Connectors and Enterprise Interface Builders (EIBs).
• Proven ability to create Workday Studio integrations from scratch.
• Strong experience in Workday reporting capabilities, including advanced, custom, matrix, and trending reports.
• Command over XML and XSLT for report development.
• Ability to lead and manage teams with technical competence.
• Experience applying Workday best practices and business process configurations.
