Warehouse Manager

Job Overview

We are looking for a qualified Saudi National to lead our warehouse operations in Dammam. The Warehouse Manager will be responsible for supervising daily activities in the warehouse to ensure efficient management of inventory, adherence to safety policies, and support for business objectives through effective material handling.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee staff activities including training, development, evaluating performance, recruitment, and setting performance targets.
• Continuously evaluate and enhance warehouse processes to maximize resource and equipment utilization.
• Ensure accurate handling of inventory from receipt through storage, retrieval, and timely dispatch to customers.
• Monitor and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) to maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Maintain exact inventory records and accuracy.
• Act as a communication bridge between warehouse and other departments to address needs productively and fairly.
• Undertake additional tasks as assigned to support organizational goals.
• Ensure compliance with all company and health, safety, environment (HSE) policies at NOV.

Required Competencies and Skills

• Strong result-oriented approach with ability to multitask effectively.
• Good time management and keen attention to detail.
• Organized, methodical, and efficient in operations.
• Good judgment with timely and effective decision-making skills.
• Experience with ERP systems, specifically Omega or Oracle.
• Ability to communicate clearly at all management levels and proficient in English communication, both written and verbal.

Educational and Experience Requirements

• Degree or diploma in fields related to Supply Chain, Logistics, Transport, or Operations Management is preferred.
• At least 10 years of experience in warehousing or logistics, including a minimum of 5 years in a managerial role.
