Role Summary

As a Voice Process Executive, you will handle incoming voice calls from app users who seek casual, friendly conversations. There are no sales pressures, target obligations, or outbound calling requirements; all calls are initiated by users.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to incoming calls during your selected night hours.
• Engage in professional, amicable conversations on topics you prefer.
• Produce a brief introductory video for your user profile.
• Remain available online during your chosen hours to receive calls.

Call Details

• All communications are voice-only through the app; video calling is not involved.
• Your personal phone number remains confidential and hidden from users.
• You can terminate any call and report or block users as needed.
• Users can only reach you during your specified online availability.

Candidate Requirements

• Comfortable with flexible working hours.
• Experience in BPO or voice-related roles is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Strong communication skills and ease with telephone conversations are essential.
• Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of Kannada, Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, or Malayalam is highly advantageous.
• Must possess a smartphone with consistent internet access and a quiet environment for calls.
• Open to students, working professionals, homemakers, and freelancers alike.

Compensation and Benefits

• Earns over INR 6,000 weekly, depending on call duration and engagement quality.
