Job Overview and Responsibilities
This position involves offering detailed visa advisory services to clients applying for tourist, study, spouse open work permits, and concurrent visas across Canada, Australia, and the United Kingdom. The role requires extensive knowledge of visa document requirements and the ability to evaluate client documents to assess eligibility for offer letters from colleges and universities.
Candidates will assist clients in assembling and organizing all necessary visa application documents and will manage the form submission processes to educational institutions in the UK, USA, Canada, and Australia, while verifying credentials prior to submission.
Sales and Client Relations
The role demands the identification of sales opportunities alongside the development and implementation of strategic plans to meet sales goals. Attention to detail and organizational effectiveness are essential for managing multiple visa applications concurrently.
Applicants will assess client eligibility to ensure compliance with immigration rules, conduct thorough case reviews for document accuracy and completeness, and maintain client records confidentially and systematically. Delivering excellent customer support by promptly addressing queries and updating clients on their application status is also key.
Team Collaboration and Performance Monitoring
Working collaboratively with colleagues to refine internal processes and improve service quality is expected. Monitoring team sales metrics weekly and monthly to evaluate prospect generation, conversion rates, and target achievement is a critical component of this role.
