About the Role

We are looking for skilled Visa Processing Executives to become an integral part of our team in Delhi. The ideal candidate should have at least three years of direct experience managing visa applications, specifically for Tourist and Business visas. A thorough understanding of visa documentation requirements, immigration regulations, and processing protocols is essential.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Accurately handle and process applications for Tourist and Business visas.
• Check and validate client documents to ensure they meet immigration standards.
• Communicate effectively with clients about their documentation, application progress, and any supplementary needs.
• Prepare, review, and submit visa applications promptly within set deadlines.
• Keep detailed records and update visa processing platforms and databases regularly.
• Follow up with immigration authorities and other relevant bodies to monitor application statuses.
• Address and resolve client inquiries regarding visa processing and documentation.
• Guarantee timely application submissions and tracking while maintaining excellent service quality.

Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years' experience in visa processing roles.
• Proven expertise in handling Tourist and Business visa applications.
• Strong knowledge of visa documentation and immigration procedures.
• Familiarity with visa processing software and online immigration systems.
• Excellent communication and client coordination skills.
• Ability to multitask and meet strict submission deadlines.
