Role Overview
As a Thread Roll Operator on the 3rd shift in Lakewood, OH, you will be responsible for setting up and operating automatic flat die thread rollers and straighteners. This includes adjusting machine components such as dies and hoppers, monitoring production output, transporting materials, and conducting in-process quality measurements. Maintaining cleanliness and safety in the workspace is essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Setup of automatic feed flat die thread rolling and straightening machines.
- Adjust machine configurations including dies, hoppers, and mechanical parts as needed.
- Operate thread rollers and straighteners during production runs.
- Monitor ongoing production, reposition materials, and make necessary machine adjustments.
- Record quality data for in-process inspection of parts.
- Maintain tidy work areas and uphold safety regulations.
Candidate Profile

Experience with flat die thread rollers is required, along with the capability to interpret technical drawings and utilize handheld measuring tools. Physical stamina to lift up to 50 pounds and remain standing for an 8-hour shift is necessary.
