Role Overview
The Tender Estimator will be responsible for accurately assessing project costs and determining the feasibility of undertaking construction projects. The individual should understand the company's competitive edges and effectively leverage these in the bidding phases.
Key Responsibilities
- Stay informed about industry competitive advantages to enhance bid effectiveness.
- Investigate and resolve any inconsistencies in cost data through comprehensive information gathering and analysis.
- Secure precise quotations for materials and systems to prepare reliable cost estimations.
Qualification Requirements
- Possess a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or have equivalent practical experience.
- Strong grasp of fundamental accounting concepts.
- Ability to interpret construction blueprints and plans effectively.
- Preferably 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in the construction sector.
