About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Initiate outbound telephone communication with prospective and current clients.
• Clearly present the company's service offerings to customers.
• Ascertain customer needs and respond with appropriate product information.
• Identify, generate, and qualify sales leads through calls.
• Ensure follow-up communications to cultivate prospects and maintain client relationships.
• Professionally manage customer inquiries.
• Maintain detailed records of calls, leads, and follow-ups.
• Meet or exceed daily and monthly sales targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address further customer requirements.
