Educational Counsellor

Job Description

This role requires guiding students in selecting their ideal study destinations including countries such as the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, Ireland, and Germany among others. The counsellor will aid students in choosing appropriate universities and courses while managing the application procedure effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise students on overseas study destinations and academic programs.
• Support students throughout university and course selection as well as application submissions.
• Clarify language proficiency and standardized test requirements like IELTS, PTE, TOEFL, GRE, and GMAT where relevant.
• Assist students in preparing necessary admission materials including Statements of Purpose, Letters of Recommendation, resumes, and other documentation.
• Liaise and coordinate with educational institutions, universities, and internal admissions teams to facilitate admissions processes.
• Engage regularly with prospective students via calls, messaging apps, email, and face-to-face meetings to ensure timely follow-ups.
• Maintain detailed and organized records of enquiries, applications, and follow-up communications using CRM tools or spreadsheets.

Compensation and Additional Details

The monthly salary ranges between 25000 and 33000 INR. The position is based in Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh, India, and does not specify remote work options.
