About the Role
This internship offers an opportunity to work with a digital marketing company that operates websites and gaming applications, partnering with advertisers to promote their brands online. The role involves crafting effective telecalling scripts that enable callers to communicate clearly and engage potential customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Comprehend product and service details shared by various brands.
- Research and analyze the target audience and campaign goals.
- Develop clear and compelling telecalling scripts aligned with campaign objectives.
- Design scripts for different call phases such as introduction, needs assessment, product explanation, objection handling, and closing.
- Prepare appropriate replies to typical customer inquiries and objections.
- Customize scripts based on specific campaigns, customer segments, and calling purposes.
- Evaluate existing scripts and propose enhancements.
- Update scripts incorporating feedback from callers and evolving campaign requirements.
- Collaborate with the team to understand campaign needs and meet script delivery deadlines.
Candidate Requirements
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and/or Hinglish.
- Ability to translate product/service information into simple, conversational telecall dialogues.
- Creative mindset with keen attention to detail.
- Openness to receiving constructive feedback and improving content accordingly.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote setup.
- Access to a functional laptop and stable internet connection is necessary.
Additional Information
The internship is completely remote, providing flexible work hours. Selected interns will engage in a 6-month program starting immediately. The monthly stipend offered is INR 5,000. Along with practical experience, interns will receive certificates and letters of recommendation upon completion. Candidates must be available to start between August 15 and September 19, 2026, and commit to the full internship duration.
