Internship Overview

This internship is designed for a confident and professional individual to manage client engagements before and after trial periods. The role involves understanding client needs, clearly communicating service offerings and trial procedures, facilitating meetings to gather feedback, addressing client concerns, and aiding the Closing Manager to convert prospects into customers. It is ideal for candidates skilled in client engagement, presentation delivery, relationship management, and handling queries.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead pre-trial meetings to discuss client requirements, explain service and trial processes, and set expectations clearly.
• Answer client queries and manage initial concerns to ensure clarity about the trial process.
• Coordinate with operations and calling teams to prepare for trials.
• Conduct post-trial meetings to review trial performance and collect detailed client feedback.
• Identify issues and objections, articulate the value delivered during the trial, and discuss potential next steps including suitable packages.
• Handle basic pricing and service-related objections professionally, follow-up with interested clients, and collaborate with the Closing Manager for final conversions.

Candidate Requirements

• Strong verbal communication and presentation skills in English, Hindi, or Hinglish.
• Confidence in conducting client meetings and managing relationships.
• Ability to comprehend client needs and clearly explain services.
• Skilled in handling objections and basic sales negotiations.
• Self-driven and responsible with a comfort for remote work.
• Must have access to a working laptop, smartphone, and reliable internet.
• Open to freshers possessing good communication skills and confidence.

Eligibility Criteria

Applicants should be available for a fully remote internship starting between August 16, 2026, and September 20, 2026, committed for six months, and interested in the responsibilities listed. Women looking to begin or re-enter their careers are encouraged to apply.

Compensation and Benefits

• The internship stipend is INR 5,000 per month.
