Key Responsibilities
- Leverage proficiency in both spoken and written Hindi to translate various documents and content.
- Apply strong English communication skills to ensure translations are accurate and contextually relevant.
- Transcribe audio and video material in Hindi and English.
- Conduct proofreading and quality audits to maintain superior standards of translated and transcribed works.
- Utilize MS Word and MS Excel tools to organize, manage, and monitor translation and language assignments.
- Coordinate with team members to meet deadlines and deliver precise, high-quality outcomes.
- Demonstrate initiative for continual learning and adaptation within a dynamic, multicultural work environment.

Qualifications and Requirements
- Access to a personal computer or laptop to perform remote tasks effectively.
- At least one year of practical experience in Hindi-English translation and/or transcription.
- Strong bilingual proficiency in Hindi and English, both oral and written.
- Sound understanding of linguistic structures, grammar, vocabulary, and contextual language application in both languages.
- Prior involvement in translation, transcription, proofreading, or language quality checks.
- Competence in MS Word and MS Excel.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team.
- Capability to handle multiple tasks and meet project timelines efficiently.
- Familiarity with regional or local Hindi dialects is advantageous.
- Preference given to candidates ready to join immediately.
Compensation and Benefits
- Monthly stipend ranging from ₹6,000 to ₹9,000, combining fixed and incentive pay components (₹5,000 - ₹7,000 base; ₹1,000 - ₹2,000 incentives).
