Bajaj Capital is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join as Telecalling Executives at its Bhubaneswar office located above Patanjali Showroom, opposite BMC in Gautam Nagar. This role involves active engagement with potential customers to promote and explain products and services, generate leads, and meet sales targets through consistent follow-ups and record maintenance.
Main Responsibilities
- Initiate outbound calls to prospective clients and engage in meaningful conversations.
- Effectively communicate product details and clarify customer inquiries.
- Identify and cultivate potential leads for conversion.
- Maintain accurate customer records and perform regular follow-ups.
- Meet or exceed set calling and sales objectives.
Candidate Requirements
- Must hold a graduation degree.
- Applicants should be aged between 19 to 30 years.
