Job Overview
We are seeking motivated Field Executives to join our team in Asansol, West Bengal. This role involves engaging with potential customers, promoting company products and services, and generating new business leads through field activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Approach potential clients to create new sales opportunities.
- Communicate and promote the company's products and services clearly to customers.
- Develop and nurture lasting customer relationships for continued business.
- Follow up on leads to successfully convert them into sales.
- Meet designated sales objectives and maintain consistent reporting on progress.
- Conduct daily travel within the assigned geographical area for fieldwork.
Required Qualifications & Eligibility
- Minimum education: 10th grade completed or higher.
- Both freshers and experienced individuals are welcome to apply.
- Age range: 19 to 35 years.
- Work location: Must be within 10 kilometers of the branch office.
- Work mode: Full-time fieldwork performed entirely from the office location.
- Open to both male and female applicants.
Compensation & Benefits
- Monthly take-home salary between ₹15,000 and ₹18,000.
- Additional performance-based incentives offered.
