Telecalling Executive

Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated Telecalling Executive to join our vibrant team in Kozhikode, Kerala. This position involves being the first contact point for prospective students and their parents, offering guidance on educational programs, answering their questions about courses, and supporting the admission process.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out outbound calls to interested students and their parents to impart information regarding course offerings, eligibility requirements, and fee details.
• Deliver tailored assistance addressing individual queries and facilitating enrollment by explaining each step clearly.
• Maintain detailed call logs, update progress records, and note follow-ups using MS Excel or a CRM system.
• Consistently reach daily targets related to calls made and successful lead conversions within a team-oriented setting.

Qualifications and Skills Required

• Educational qualification of any graduate or diploma holder.
• Proficient in both Malayalam and English languages.
• Familiarity with basic computer applications, specifically MS Excel, MS Word, and CRM or calling software.
• Strong communication capabilities with persuasive abilities and a focus on achieving targets.
