About the Role

We are seeking a confident and engaging Student Admissions Telecaller based in Coimbatore. This role involves outreach to prospective students and their parents, providing information about educational programs, clarifying queries, and facilitating the admission process.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to interested students and parents to share comprehensive details regarding available courses, eligibility criteria, and fee structures.
• Offer tailored guidance, address applicants' concerns, and assist them step-by-step through the enrollment procedure.
• Maintain and update records of calls, statuses, and follow-ups using MS Excel or CRM tools.
• Strive to meet daily call volume and lead conversion targets collaboratively within the team.

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum educational qualification: Graduate degree or Diploma.
• Proficiency in Tamil and English languages is mandatory for effective communication.
• Basic computer skills including MS Excel, MS Word, and familiarity with CRM or calling systems.
• Strong verbal communication, persuasive capabilities, and a results-driven approach.
