Telecaller

About the Role

We are seeking telecallers to join our team in Singasandra, Bangalore. This role involves making outbound calls during the day shift to potential and current customers, providing product or service information, addressing queries, and generating leads. Both freshers and experienced individuals are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to prospects and existing clients to promote products and services.
• Explain product features clearly and resolve any customer questions or concerns professionally.
• Generate new leads and follow up with interested contacts to facilitate sales conversions.
• Keep accurate records of customer interactions and maintain updated customer information.
• Meet daily and monthly calling targets to support business growth objectives.
• Handle objections tactfully to maintain positive customer relationships.
• Collaborate with the sales department to ensure efficient lead management and conversion.

Candidate Requirements

• Strong verbal communication abilities in relevant languages.
• Basic proficiency with computers to manage records and calls.
• Good interpersonal and convincing skills to engage customers effectively.
• Motivation to meet targets and work in a goal-driven environment.
• Open to both newcomers and those with prior telecalling experience.

Additional Information

• Location: Singasandra, Bangalore
• Salary Range: ₹15,000 to ₹16,000 monthly
• Shift Timing: Day Shift
