Job Overview
VGM Consultant Pvt. Ltd urgently seeks Customer Support Executives to join their voice process team based in Kolkata. The role involves handling customer communications through phone calls, requiring fluency in Hindi and regional languages such as Bengali, Assamese, or Oriya. This position is office-based with day shifts only.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing inbound and outbound customer calls in the assigned language.
- Providing accurate information and resolving customer queries efficiently.
- Maintaining professionalism and courtesy in all customer interactions.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum qualification: Completion of 12th grade.
- Languages: Proficiency in Hindi and at least one regional language (Bengali, Assamese, or Oriya).
- Basic computer skills essential.
- Good communication skills are a must.
- Applicants should be aged between 18 and 35 years.
Compensation and Benefits
- Monthly in-hand salary ranges from ₹10,000 for freshers to ₹11,000–₹15,000 for experienced candidates, depending on documentation and previous salary.
