About Tracxn

Tracxn is a prominent global market intelligence platform that tracks millions of private companies, empowering decision-making for Venture Capital firms, Private Equity, Investment Banks, and Corporates through comprehensive data and analysis.

Role Summary

As a Technical Program Manager at Tracxn, you will lead and manage the full lifecycle of high-impact technical and data-centric projects. This position suits individuals with a strong technical foundation and a problem-solving mindset, collaborating closely with engineering, data, and business teams to create scalable systems, enhance processes, and build superior data assets that support Tracxn's platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end design, planning, and execution of significant technical and data programs.
  • Develop strategies for data acquisition, enrichment, and quality enhancement leveraging Artificial Intelligence and Large Language Models (LLMs).
  • Translate complex technical and data challenges into concrete, manageable projects with defined timelines.
  • Collaborate across engineering, product, and operations teams to align on project goals and execution plans.
  • Identify inefficiencies and gaps in current systems and processes, implementing scalable technical solutions.
  • Establish monitoring frameworks and management information system (MIS) reports to track program progress, data integrity, and performance.
  • Create and implement rigorous testing mechanisms and refine processes continuously through data-driven insights.
  • Communicate program strategies, findings, and results effectively with stakeholders and leadership.

Candidate Profile

  • 3 to 9 years of professional experience in Technical Program Management, Software Development, Data Operations, or related fields.
  • Proficient coding skills with expertise in at least one programming language.
  • Comprehensive understanding of IT systems, networking, and foundational computing concepts.
  • Practical experience applying Large Language Models (LLMs) in real-world scenarios.
  • Strong analytical capabilities and problem-solving aptitude.
  • Ability to decompose ambiguous problems and drive projects to successful completion.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • High sense of ownership combined with a process-oriented mindset.
  • Effective collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong motivation for continual learning and personal development.
  • Desirable experience includes working with B2B SaaS, market intelligence platforms, or large-scale data systems.
  • Preferably has hands-on experience in developing automation or data pipeline tools alongside engineering teams.
