Role Overview
As a Technical Program Manager at Tracxn, you will lead the end-to-end execution of impactful technical and data-centric initiatives. Ideal candidates possess a solid technical background coupled with strong problem-solving abilities. Collaboration with engineering, data, and business teams is essential to develop scalable systems, improve processes, and enhance valuable data assets that power Tracxn's platform.
Primary Responsibilities
- Own all stages of the design, planning, and delivery of significant technical and data programs.
- Lead strategies involving data acquisition, enrichment, and quality enhancement using AI techniques and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Decompose complex technical challenges into manageable projects with defined timelines.
- Collaborate extensively with engineering, product, and operations teams to ensure alignment and execution clarity.
- Detect inefficiencies in current systems and processes and implement scalable technical resolutions.
- Develop monitoring tools and management information systems to oversee program progress, data quality, and outcomes.
- Create structured testing frameworks and iteratively optimize operations based on analytics.
- Effectively communicate program strategies, insights, and results across various organizational stakeholders and leadership.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Between 3 and 9 years of experience in Technical Program Management, Software Development, Data Operations, or equivalent fields.
- Proficient coding skills in at least one programming language.
- Comprehensive understanding of IT systems, networking concepts, and computing fundamentals.
- Prior hands-on experience applying Large Language Models (LLMs) in practical scenarios.
- Strong analytical capabilities and problem-solving aptitude.
- Ability to define ambiguous problems clearly and drive them towards successful execution.
- Excellent communication and presentation proficiency.
