Key Responsibilities

• Complete a comprehensive, multi-stage training program to enhance your skills and align with the brand's standards.
• Confidently introduce and educate customers about the fit, design, and style of Suitsupply Ready to Wear and Custom-Made collections.
• Engage in professional sales efforts adhering to company policies to meet personal and store performance targets.
• Foster customer loyalty by actively participating in Suitsupply's Radically Personal program.
• Maintain appealing and accurate merchandise displays following visual guidelines.
• Ensure all store operations and standards meet company requirements.
• Carry out additional tasks as assigned by store leadership.

Candidate Profile

• Prior experience in sales, hospitality, or customer service roles.
• Strong passion for fashion and styling.
• Effective verbal and written communication capabilities.
• Ability to thrive within a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
• Flexible availability, including night shifts, weekends, and holiday work.
• Open to full-time or part-time employment.
