About the Role

Join Panda Express as a Store Manager and lead the day-to-day operations of a single restaurant location. Responsibilities

• Manage all store functions, including recruitment and staff supervision.

Requirements

• Hold at least a high school diploma.
• Be willing to relocate within a 50-mile radius of your home location.
• Maintain a flexible schedule covering opening, closing, evenings, weekends, and holidays based on business needs.
• Possess Serve Safe food safety certification.

Work Environment and Physical Demands

The role requires working in heat-prone kitchens with steam and food vapors, standing for extended periods (up to four hours), lifting weights up to 50 lbs, and operating kitchen equipment including Chinese cook knives. Employees must adapt to a fast-paced, noisy environment with limited storage space.
