About the Role
Join Panda Express as a Store Manager and lead the day-to-day operations of a single restaurant location. This role involves overseeing hiring, managing associates, and steering the team towards financial goals while providing top-notch guest experiences. With a comprehensive paid leadership training of at least eight weeks, you will be equipped to take charge and drive your store to success.
Responsibilities
- Manage all store functions, including recruitment and staff supervision.
- Lead the team to meet financial targets and operational standards.
- Ensure exceptional experience for guests at every visit.
Requirements
- Hold at least a high school diploma.
- Be willing to relocate within a 50-mile radius of your home location.
- Maintain a flexible schedule covering opening, closing, evenings, weekends, and holidays based on business needs.
- Possess Serve Safe food safety certification.
Work Environment and Physical Demands
The role requires working in heat-prone kitchens with steam and food vapors, standing for extended periods (up to four hours), lifting weights up to 50 lbs, and operating kitchen equipment including Chinese cook knives. Employees must adapt to a fast-paced, noisy environment with limited storage space.
