Primary Responsibilities

• Lead and manage your store team with help from the assistant store manager
• Ensure upkeep and presentation of the store according to company standards including ordering and daily operations
• Oversee staff management including creating work schedules and fostering employee growth
• Handle recruitment activities to build your store team
• Maintain ongoing communication with regional management to discuss results and store development

Candidate Profile

• Completed vocational training, ideally with experience in a comparable retail leadership role
• Entrepreneurial mindset combined with a strong sense of responsibility
• Solid communication skills to motivate and develop your team through constructive feedback
• Availability for a 40-hour work week, five days per week, including regular evenings and weekends
• Willingness to participate in an eight-week onboarding program at one of our trainer stores in Germany
