Primary Responsibilities
- Lead and manage your store team with help from the assistant store manager
- Ensure upkeep and presentation of the store according to company standards including ordering and daily operations
- Oversee staff management including creating work schedules and fostering employee growth
- Handle recruitment activities to build your store team
- Maintain ongoing communication with regional management to discuss results and store development
Candidate Profile
- Completed vocational training, ideally with experience in a comparable retail leadership role
- Entrepreneurial mindset combined with a strong sense of responsibility
- Solid communication skills to motivate and develop your team through constructive feedback
- Availability for a 40-hour work week, five days per week, including regular evenings and weekends
- Willingness to participate in an eight-week onboarding program at one of our trainer stores in Germany
