Main Responsibilities

• Lead your branch team with assistance from the deputy branch manager
• Oversee the store’s appearance, order management, adherence to presentation guidelines, and handle daily operations
• Manage personnel by creating work schedules and supporting employee development
• Recruit and build your branch team
• Collaborate with regional management to review results and plan branch development

Required Qualifications & Attributes

• Completed vocational training, ideally with experience in a similar retail leadership role
• Entrepreneurial mindset paired with strong sense of responsibility
• Effective communication skills to motivate and develop your team through constructive feedback
• Availability to work 40 hours per week, five days per week, including regular weekend and evening shifts
• Willingness to participate in an eight-week training phase at one of our trainer stores in Germany
