Key Responsibilities
- Take full responsibility for managing a store, overseeing the professional leadership, organization, and motivation of a team of 20–40 employees.
- Regularly analyze key performance indicators, refine workflows, and continuously enhance store performance.
- Ensure the consistent application of store concepts, maintaining excellent product availability, freshness, cleanliness, and high service standards.
- Lead by example as a manager by actively supporting operational tasks on the shop floor.
- Prioritize the training and development of your team members.
Candidate Profile
- Several years of professional experience in retail or similar industries, including leadership experience in a similar role with significant responsibility.
- A team-oriented mindset with strong accountability and the ability to inspire and motivate staff.
- Strong decision-making skills and a results-driven approach.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts over a five-day workweek.
