Store Manager - Asda Express

About the Role

As a Store Manager at Asda Express, you will take charge of running the store located at EXPPFS - 5360 Oakhurst PFS, leading a team dedicated to delivering heartfelt customer service daily. You will manage a standalone Express site, a petrol filling station, or a small-format supermarket, fostering an inviting environment where colleagues feel appreciated and customers receive excellent care. Your responsibilities include leading and motivating your team, building a positive culture, driving sales and store performance, managing costs and stock, ensuring compliance and safety, and delivering daily people management with care and professionalism.
