Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Store Manager for our Asda Express location in Bothwell, Scotland. This full-time, permanent role involves leading a small team to drive sales, uphold store standards, and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs). The successful candidate will cultivate a positive work environment that encourages repeat customer visits by supporting Asda’s pricing strategies and minimizing operational costs.
Work Schedule
The position requires working on a rotating schedule that includes weekends, evenings, and occasionally late nights, totaling 40 hours per week.
