About the Role

Key Responsibilities

As a Store Manager, you will own the full operation of a single store including recruiting, supervising, and directing team members to meet financial objectives while ensuring an outstanding guest experience. Your leadership will directly contribute to your store's success.

Training

To prepare you thoroughly, an 8-week (or longer) store leadership training program will be provided.

Candidate Requirements

• Completion of high school diploma is mandatory
• Willingness to relocate to any store within 50 miles of your residence
• Availability for flexible work schedules including openings, closings, evenings, weekends, and holidays in line with business demand
• Food safety certification such as Serve Safe is required

Working Conditions and ADA Statement

The work environment often includes heat, steam, and food vapors. Employees generally stand for extended periods and work in restricted spaces. Duties involve preparing hot and cold foods using kitchen tools such as Chinese cook knives, alongside maintaining accuracy under fast-paced conditions. Physical requirements include lifting up to 50 pounds, standing for up to four hours, and reaching across counters 36 inches high. Work areas can be noisy with limited storage and high shelving. The role demands effective verbal communication, adaptability to changing priorities, and conflict management skills.

Compensation Detail

The hourly pay rate ranges from $25.22 to $28.22, influenced by location and individual experience. Bonus programs are discretionary and subject to modification or termination at any time without prior notice.
