Job Overview
Manage day-to-day activities and inventory within the store warehouse, ensuring smooth coordination between store outlets and warehouse. Oversee stock movements with strict adherence to company policies and procedures.
Core Responsibilities
- Maintain daily operational flow and stock management in the warehouse.
- Coordinate effectively with stores to guarantee timely delivery of stock.
- Document all stock transactions precisely and comply with organizational guidelines.
- Allocate resources efficiently to meet delivery deadlines consistently.
- Develop and manage schedules for stock replenishment and customer delivery to optimize cost control.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback regarding delivery and installation services.
- Conduct regular inventory audits to reconcile physical stock with system records.
- Ensure prompt and accurate data entry related to stock activities into the management system.
