Stocking Team Associate

Position Overview

This role involves supporting customer service through completing designated stocking tasks efficiently and accurately. The position focuses on maintaining a safe and tidy environment, collaborating with team members to optimize workload management and operational practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver courteous and friendly greetings to customers, assist them with product inquiries, locate items, and support purchase choices while resolving issues or directing concerns appropriately.
• Evaluate the workload in assigned store sections to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Accurately record and sign for merchandise received.
• Maintain proper shelf presentation and modular consistency, ensuring accurate shelf capacities.
• Manage merchandise and CAP/VizPicking bins to support inventory availability processes.
• Utilize appropriate fixtures, supplies, and tools required to complete stocking duties.
• Promote a clean, safe, and hazard-free workplace by complying with company policies, performing safety inspections, and securing displays and fixtures.
• Prepare the stockroom area for unloading stock items efficiently.

Compensation

The starting wage for this position is $18.40 per hour.

Minimum Qualifications

• Applicants must be at least 16 years old.
