Job Overview

The Stocker position involves maintaining stock levels and cleanliness throughout the retail store, reporting directly to the Store Manager. The role requires ensuring merchandise is properly displayed and the store environment is clean and organized to promote a positive shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers warmly as they enter the store or gas station area.
• Replenish items in coolers and freezers according to the store's planogram guidelines.
• Restock shelves and product displays following planogram standards.
• Perform cleaning duties for coolers, store shelving, windows, sills, and gas pumps.
• Implement First-In-First-Out (FIFO) method by rotating back stock onto the sales floor.
• Price merchandise based on company policies.
• Use safety equipment and tools properly, including ladders, gloves, and other gear required for the job.
• Maintain cleanliness and restock supplies in restrooms, beverage, food service, and gasoline island areas.
• Organize storage and back rooms efficiently.
• Carry out additional duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Applicants must be at least 18 years old.
• Proficiency in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English is essential.
• Physical ability to bend, stand, walk throughout the entire workday, and climb ladders safely.
• Capable of handling cleaning chemicals responsibly.
• Lift and move items weighing 10 pounds frequently, and occasionally up to 50 pounds.

Work Conditions and Additional Information

This is a full-time position with flexible availability across all shifts. Pay rate is $13.00 per hour.
