• Efficiently pack items optimizing space usage, ensuring product protection and adherence to safety standards.
• Balance order fulfillment with positive customer interactions and assist in resolving any issues that arise.
• Uphold safety protocols, food hygiene, and quality standards, keep the work area clean, promptly address spills, perform safety checks, and operate equipment following safety guidelines.
• Demonstrate flexibility by working varied shifts such as evenings, weekends, and holidays to meet business needs and maintain consistent service.

Challenges in the Role

• Handle a high volume of tasks in a fast-paced environment, particularly during overnight shifts requiring effective energy and time management.
• Manage substantial restocking and recovery duties accurately and efficiently within time constraints.
• Perform physically demanding activities including prolonged standing, bending, and lifting items up to 50 lbs, as well as repetitive product stocking and organizing.
