Steward - Full Time

About the Role

We are currently recruiting for a full-time Steward position at Eurest, located at the ID1 Micron Project, 9000 S. Gigabit Lane, Boise, ID 83716. This role involves maintaining cleanliness and organization in kitchen work areas and equipment to meet high safety and sanitation standards. The schedule is Monday through Friday, from 5:00 am to 1:30 pm, with further details provided during the interview.

Key Responsibilities

• Sweep and mop floors regularly to comply with safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Operate large kitchen machinery such as dishwashers, sanitizers, trash compactors, and glass crushers.
• Clean worktables, walls, refrigerators, meat blocks, and other food prep surfaces as assigned.
• Sort and dispose of trash and garbage into designated containers, including steam cleaning or hosing out garbage cans when required.
• Wash dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and food preparation equipment.
• Transport supplies and equipment between storage and workstations, following safe lifting practices.
• Assist with banquet table setups and front-of-house arrangements upon request.
• Help with loading, unloading, and delivering supplies and products.
• Distribute supplies, utensils, and portable equipment as needed.
• Adhere strictly to all sanitation and safety protocols.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

• A minimum of 3 to 5 years’ experience in purchasing, restaurant, or food service.

Compensation and Benefits

• Hourly pay range of $23.00 to $25.00.
