We are searching for a visionary and proactive Staff Cloud Architect to join us in building world-class platforms that impact the future of corporate treasury and the internet of value. This role involves leading application infrastructure development, driving technical excellence, and shaping the deployment and scaling of mission-critical enterprise systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop, expand, and maintain the infrastructure of our enterprise reconciliation application to deliver a top-tier user experience for finance professionals.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional technical teams on designing, deploying, and continuously refining product infrastructure.
• Serve as a technical domain authority by guiding your team and owning feature delivery.
• Promote engineering excellence by implementing standardized architectural, coding, testing, and deployment methodologies.

Qualifications and Experience

• Extensive experience totaling eight or more years building and operating large-scale distributed systems, including at least four years in technical leadership and mentorship roles.
• Minimum five years of hands-on work with AWS cloud services and Kubernetes orchestration.
• Strong proficiency managing Linux and Windows server environments and experience with cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure.
• Skilled in infrastructure-as-code approaches with Terraform and Ansible, as well as scripting languages including Bash, Python, and PowerShell.
• Experience with data processing and infrastructure technologies such as Apache Spark and Microsoft SQL Server; preferably with financial transaction workload systems; cybersecurity knowledge is an advantage.
• Hands-on expertise with containerization tools such as Docker and orchestration frameworks like Kubernetes.
• A track record of building scalable, available, and secure infrastructure using Agile methodologies for reliable product delivery.
• Collaborative working style, committed to elevating engineering standards through sharing knowledge, establishing best practices, and improving processes.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
