Role Summary

This Solutions Architect position based in the UAE plays a vital role in expanding Cohere’s footprint across the UAE and the broader MENA region. You will collaborate closely with account executives, partners, and leadership to showcase the value of Cohere's AI offerings and build on successes with major clients like STC. You will act as a technical authority and trusted advisor by deeply understanding customer needs and aligning them with Cohere solutions.

Key Duties

• Lead technical discussions and presentations during customer engagements.
• Design enterprise AI architectures tailored to deployment needs in the region.
• Conduct detailed technical analyses and address complex customer inquiries related to Cohere technologies.
• Manage customer evaluations and pilot projects demonstrating our AI capabilities.
• Create and maintain documentation for processes to help scale the solutions architect function.
• Work closely with Product and Engineering teams to align offerings with client needs.
• Collaborate with partners to strategize and accelerate customer enablement.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Architect, Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, or Digital Strategy Consultant.
• Strong enthusiasm and foundational knowledge of Generative AI, including strengths and limitations of large language models.
• Understanding of machine learning fundamentals like training and evaluation.
• Superior communication skills capable of engaging CEO-level stakeholders and detailed technical audiences.
• Comfortable operating in ambiguous, evolving environments and identifying impactful procedural improvements.
• Proficiency in Python programming and experience with assistive coding tools.
• Preferred: At least 2 years of experience architecting or consulting on NLP, AI, or LLM solutions.
• Native-level fluency in Arabic.
• Residency in Dubai, UAE is required.
