Job Overview
We are expanding our R&D team based in Munich and seeking a full-time Software Engineer to contribute to building advanced AI-powered systems. Joining a compact, experienced team, you will help develop ambitious solutions from the Munich office.
Responsibilities and Qualities
- Develop high-quality Python software with attention to code standards, design, testing, and technical trade-offs.
- Engage deeply in problem-solving before implementation to design optimal solutions independently.
- Collaborate effectively within a small, agile startup setting, making significant individual contributions while fostering a positive team spirit.
- Communicate proficiently in English; German language skills are an asset but not mandatory.
- Ensure compliance with work authorization requirements to work in Germany.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Python programming and software engineering best practices.
- Advanced academic qualifications: MSc or Ph.D. in Computer Science or a closely related discipline.
- Desire to maintain high standards in software craftsmanship.
