This role offers the chance to take full responsibility for site management while enjoying the exceptional lifestyle that the Top End of Australia provides.

About CC Pines

Founded as a family-owned Australian business, CC Pines boasts over 45 years of experience delivering complex, high-risk projects often avoided by others — including international embassy construction and Defence infrastructure throughout the Pacific. The company collaborates with key government bodies such as the Australian and US Departments of Defence and DFAT, maintaining an unblemished safety record. Our team values humility, ambition, and intelligence, which guide our selection and operational approach.

Why Work in Darwin?

  • Enjoy an outdoor lifestyle featuring iconic Mindil Beach sunsets, fishing opportunities, and easy access to natural treasures like Litchfield and Kakadu National Parks.
  • Experience the dry season from May to October, characterized by warm, sunny days and minimal rainfall—ideal for year-round outdoor activities.
  • Be part of a welcoming community with a vibrant social scene including markets and festivals, fostering a friendly 'everyone knows everyone' atmosphere.
  • Capitalize on significant career growth prospects as Darwin's Defence and infrastructure projects expand rapidly.
  • Relocation assistance may be available for suitable candidates.

What You'll Gain Joining CC Pines

  • Take on a pivotal leadership role within a nationally important Defence construction project.
