Showroom Coordinator

Job Overview

Our client, a leading furniture company in Ireland, is recruiting a Showroom Coordinator for their Tralee, Co. Kerry location. This role demands overseeing daily showroom operations, delivering exceptional customer service, aiding the sales team, and ensuring a professional, inviting showroom atmosphere. The position involves traveling once weekly to the Killarney HQ.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers to ensure an outstanding in-showroom experience.
• Support sales activities by organizing client appointments, showroom tours, product demonstrations, and follow-ups.
• Maintain the showroom’s appearance, including layout and display standards.
• Manage incoming inquiries through phone, email, and in-person visits.
• Carry out administrative duties such as data input, updating CRM databases, and processing orders.
• Coordinate with various internal departments to facilitate effective communication and workflows.

Candidate Requirements

• Possess between 1 to 2 years of experience in customer service or administrative roles.
• Experience in sales or interior design fields is advantageous.
• Solid proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
• Demonstrate strong communication and organizational capabilities.
• Have excellent presentation skills and keen attention to detail.

Additional Details

The work schedule covers five days a week from Monday to Saturday, including one weekday off, from 8:45 AM to 5:30 PM. The salary is competitive, ranging from €33,000 to €35,000 annually based on experience.
