Role Overview

The Shift Supervisor role entails leading the restaurant team during shifts to ensure smooth daily operations. This hands-on leadership position requires motivating, coaching, and supporting staff while upholding excellence in food quality, customer service, safety, and cleanliness.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and organize team activities throughout the shift.
