Qualifications and Experience

Working Conditions and Physical Requirements

Employees often work in hot environments with steam and food vapors. The workspace is limited and typically requires standing for long durations. Physical demands include lifting up to 50 pounds, standing for up to four hours, and reaching across counters about 36 inches high. Kitchens are noisy with limited storage and elevated shelving.
