Qualifications and Experience

  • Minimum education: Some high school.
  • Preferred background in operations.
  • Required food safety certification (e.g., Food Handler permit), obtained by applicant at their own cost according to local regulations.

Working Conditions and Physical Requirements

Employees often work in hot environments with steam and food vapors. The workspace is limited and typically requires standing for long durations. Tasks include preparing hot and cold dishes, handling kitchen tools such as Chinese cook knives, and performing duties efficiently without compromising accuracy.
