Key Responsibilities
As an Assistant Manager, you will help operate a single store, which involves recruiting, leading, and managing team members to meet financial targets while providing excellent guest experiences. Your efforts contribute directly to the store's success. To ensure you are well-prepared, Panda provides a store leadership training program lasting three or more weeks.

Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma is a minimum requirement
- Willingness to relocate within a 50-mile radius if necessary
- Ability to accommodate flexible work schedules including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays based on business needs
- Certification in Food Safety, specifically ServeSafe
Working Conditions & Physical Requirements
The role demands standing for extended periods, working in hot and noisy kitchen environments, and lifting items up to 50 pounds. The position requires fast-paced multitasking, use of kitchen equipment such as Chinese chef knives, and strong communication skills to handle dynamic and changing priorities, as well as conflict management.
