SharePoint Developer

Overview

We are looking for a skilled SharePoint Developer to design, develop, tailor, integrate, and support SharePoint Online and On-Premises platforms. The candidate must possess solid expertise in SharePoint technologies along with ASP.NET, C#/VB.NET, SPFx, JavaScript, Power Automate, Oracle, SQL Server, and Crystal Reports.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement bespoke SharePoint applications, including web parts, components, and APIs for both Online and On-Premises environments.
• Create scalable, user-centric SharePoint solutions aligned with business demands and assist in platform upgrades and migration projects.
• Develop custom web applications using technologies such as ASP.NET, C#, VB.NET, SPFx, JavaScript, jQuery, HTML5, and CSS.
• Craft and maintain business process workflows utilizing SharePoint Designer, Power Automate, and custom workflow tools to automate approvals and other processes.
• Build and tune database objects like tables, views, stored procedures, packages, and functions in Oracle and SQL Server to support SharePoint integrations.
• Design and optimize Crystal Reports for operational and management reporting requirements, troubleshooting issues and enhancing data queries.
• Integrate SharePoint solutions with external systems including Oracle and SQL databases, enterprise applications, web services, and third-party platforms by developing and consuming APIs.
• Troubleshoot application and SharePoint platform issues, perform bug fixes, conduct root cause analyses, and optimize application and database performance.
• Provide ongoing production support ensuring adherence to service level agreements and monitor system availability.
• Engage in requirements gathering, technical design preparation, documentation, and support across different testing phases, including unit, integration, and user acceptance testing.
• Manage application deployments and release coordination while maintaining technical and operational documentation.
• Implement best practices for SharePoint security including configuration of access controls and permissions, ensure compliance to organizational standards, and support security audit and remediation activities.
• Support and assist in SharePoint migrations and upgrades by validating post-migration applications, workflows, data integrity, and integration points while resolving migration-related challenges.
